Terms of service

1. The service

Giggle is provided by MONOVI BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI YAYINCILIK SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (“Monovi”, “we”, “us”).

Giggle provides tools to transform photos you provide into stylized comic-style images using automated processing, including third-party AI systems. Output quality and availability may vary. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where feasible.

2. Eligibility

Giggle is a general-audience app. You must have legal authority to agree to these terms in your country. Younger users should use the service with a parent or guardian’s guidance, especially for any purchases. You are responsible for complying with local laws regarding image rights and AI-generated content.

3. Accounts

Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account in the app where offered; deletion may remove associated data subject to backup and legal retention limits.

4. Credits and purchases

Certain actions consume in-app credits. Credits may be purchased as consumable products through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices, taxes, and available packages are shown at purchase time.

All purchases are final except where applicable store policies or consumer law require otherwise. We do not guarantee refunds for unused credits. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use, including non-consensual intimate imagery or likeness abuse.
• Attempt to generate illegal content, hate, harassment, or sexual content involving minors.
• Circumvent payment, credit limits, security, or rate limits; scrape or overload our systems.
• Misrepresent output as human-made professional work where that would deceive in your jurisdiction.

We may block content or accounts that violate these rules or our technical/content policies, including outputs flagged by safety systems.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to photos you upload, subject to licenses needed for us to run the service. Rights in AI output vary by region; we grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use outputs you lawfully generate for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated. Commercial use may require separate permission — confirm your intended use with legal advice.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you use them at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) zero if you have not paid any fees in that period.

9. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, misuse of the service, or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims elsewhere.
