Giggle is operated by MONOVI BILGI TEKNOLOJILERI YAYINCILIK SANAYI VE TICARET ANONIM SIRKETI (“Monovi”, “we”, “us”), registered in Türkiye.

What we collect

How we use information

We use the data above to authenticate you, provide comic generation, enforce credit balances, process and verify purchases, improve security, respond to support requests, and comply with law. AI processing is limited to delivering the feature you activate.

Processors and platforms

We use industry-standard hosting and inference infrastructure strictly to operate Giggle: account and credit data reside with our backend provider; model inference runs on a cloud AI service to transform your photo in the same session. Sign-in and payments are handled by Apple and Google under their terms. We do not sell personal data to data brokers and we do not run third-party advertising analytics in this product.

Storage and retention

Comic input photos and generated images are not retained on our servers after processing. We keep account details, optional profile photo, and credit or purchase-related records for as long as your account exists and as required by law. Deleting your account in the app removes associated profile data subject to limited legal or backup retention.

Your rights and choices

Children and general audience

Giggle is intended as a general-audience, family-friendly creative app. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of online services and any in-app purchases. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in the European Union, the United States, or other regions where they operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted by law (such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).

Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email.
